NERJA

Nerja is a town in the province of Malaga (Spain) and the easternmost town in the region of Axarquia, belonging to the Costa del Sol. Nerja has a population of about 22,000. It has a large coastline consisting of beaches, coves, cliffs and wonderful natural landscapes and Parks.

These caves in the village of Maro were discovered on 12 January 1959. Its total area is of 35.484 m².

It consists of 3 major spectacular galleries, tourist galleries, the corridors, and new galleries, which were recently discovered, each room consists of great natural beauty where we can look fabulous stalactites and stalagmites in several of its caves.
