In this strange landscape to the outskirts of Corralejo, by the Riu Hotel, we see how the wind and the sand crosses the road with a thin layer. On one side we see Grandes Playas, and the other the semi-desert landscape of the Dunes of Corralejo.

Grandes Playas: They are just outside the town of Corralejo, and are a consecutive series of golden sandy beaches, all of which are ideal for rest and wind sports like katesurf and windsurfing. Grandes Playas(Great Beaches) covers 3km in length, from the Hotel Riu, until Barreta de Abajo, the beaches are Playa de los Matos, Playa Larga, Playa El Viejo, El Pozo and El Caserón, we can practice naturism.
Playa El Majanicho Beach: At about 9km of Corralejo, La Oliva we will find this beach, a bit rustic, not very crowded, ideal for rest and to sunshine.
Playa Corralejo Viejo: This beach is located in the town center of Corralejo, it has bars, pubs and restaurants. With about 200m long and of fine golden sand . We can find along the beaches of Las Clavelinas and Muelle Chico.
Playa La Goleta Beach: This beach located near Corralejo is also made of golden sands. Being a semi-urbanized beach is quite busy during the weekends.
Playa Las Clavelinas: Of about 100 m in length is never very occupied. La Playa Las Clavelinas is linked to other beaches like Playa Corralejo, Playa Muelle Viejo Chico through a Maritime walk.
Playa Muelle Chico Beach: This beautiful beach is usually visited by the inhabitants of Corralejo, is about 190mts and fine golden sand.
Playa el Bajo Negro: This beautiful nude beach belongs to the village of Corralejo, in the Parque Natural de las Dunas de Corralejo(Corralejo Dunes) The best way to get there is renting a car at the airport or in Corralejo Fuerteventura. This beach will find us about 4 km on the left side of the road, about 200m towards the coast. We may also get there by bus, taking the same direction.
