Tias is a small fishing village and one of the main tourist areas of Lanzarote, as are its beaches. It comprises the towns of Tías, Puerto del Carmen, Mácher, La Asomada, Masdache, Conil y Tegoyo.

Playa de Matagorda: This beach south-west of the island is quiet and of natural waters. It has good conditions for water sports and is easily accessible.
Playa de Fariones: This small, cozy cove is located in Puerto del Carmen. It is easily accessible and we can get here by bus.
Pila de la Barrilla: Golden sand and calm waters has a parking area and surveillance.
