Teguise is the second largest tourist area after Playa Blanca in Lanzarote, Canary Islands, with many hotels and apartments, here is where the Windsurf World championships are held, attracting thousands of visitors annually. This town is very respectful with the aesthetic values of architecture and nature in Lanzarote. Teguise is located in the center of the island of Lanzarote. It was the capital of Lanzarote in 1847 until it moved it´s headquarters to the city of Arrecife.

Playa Bastián Beach: With some restaurants, accommodation and tours in the area, this beach is of thin white sand. It is windy but with calm waters. We can get here by bus or car.

 

Playa de Famara Beach: With 6km long, this spectacular beach is the longest of Lanzarote. With fine golden sand and ideal climatic conditions for experts in wind sports. Near La Caleta, we can get here by bus or car.

 

Las Cucharas Beach: Another favorite beach for windsurfers, and easily accessible. It is made of darkish sand and calm waters.

 

Playa de El Jablillo: This is an important beach of Costa Teguise, with 150mts long we will have access to restaurants and lodging near by.

 

Ensenada de la Caleta: Situated in a semi urbanized area, La Caleta beach is near the capital Arrecife. The waters are calm ideal for swimming. It measures about 400 meters

Caleta Caballo: This bay is of gentle waves and fine white sand It is situated near Club La Santa.

 

Los Charcos: This beach is sheltered from strong waves and currents. It has a boardwalk and is easily accessible. It is one of the main beaches of Costa Teguise. We Can get here by public transport.
