Protected Coast of Acentejo
This beautiful landscape is very representative of the north coast of Tenerife. There are numerous species of birds and plants protected by the Canary Government. Its 401 hectares are spread over the northern slope of Tenerife and from La Matanza to Playa Ancon. It encompasses the municipalities of La Orotava, Santa Ursula, La Victoria, La Matanza, El Sauzal and Tacoronte, and a small population of 58 inhabitants in the Caletón Houses
The protected area of the Rambla de Castro is on the coast of the northern district of Los Realejos, an area of beautiful scenery and one of the greenest and most fertile areas of the island. It houses one of the largest palm groves on the island and numerous protected species.

This mountainous landscape includes the municipalities of El Rosario, Candelaria, El Sauzal, La Matanza, La Victoria, Santa Ursula and Tacoronte. It contains interesting pines and protected flora. Within this space is the town of Las Lagunetas with 2 people residing.
The Seven Hills or Siete Lomas is located in the municipalities of Guimar, Candelaria and Arafo. It is not highly valued but has a large vegetation among which are juniper, and pine Madroñal. There is a large breeding ground for numerous species of endemic protected Canary Island species. It boarders north, south and west by the Corona Forestal Nature Park.
La Culata Cliffs
This spot is located northwest of the island of Tenerife, bordering on the west by the Teno Rural Park. The protected area is formed around a narrow band near the coast and between 50 and 500 meters, which is crossed in places by the lava from the eruption in 1706 that partially buried the port of Garachico. This town, ancient capital of the island, now sits on lava flows from that eruption. Covers the districts of Garachico, El Tanque, Los Silos and Icod de los Vinos. The sea cliff has considerable geological interest, geomorphological and landscape contains a rich and varied flora endemic and endangered species and protected as "El Cabezón". It is also possible to observe seedlings, dragon trees, junipers, tabaibas and Mosquera.
Protected Landscape of La Resbala
he southern half of this protected area is a natural landscape, more or less preserved with endemic rock-dwelling species of great value and populated with pines, while the northern half is a transformed landscape with rural character. The presence of interesting rock-dwelling communities with endangered and protected species, bringing the scientific and conservation interest of the area. It's in the municipality of La Orotava.
Protected Landscape of Ifonche
This rural landscape is scattered with numerous villages located in the municipalities of Adeje and Vilaflor. It's a very picturesque place near the Barranco del Infierno.
Barranco de Erques
This space contains the basin of a spectacular gorge. This protected landscape covers only the middle stretch of the gorge. The vegetation strategically leverages the steep slopes of the ravine, some species developed between their Canarian endemism. It is at the bottom where there are brooms, pine trees and cacti along with tabaibas. Among the fauna species are several that have developed in the escarpments, among them many child predators like the owl, the hawk and the kestrel. The partridge are associated with the vegetation of the ravine. The largest population is located where the gorge is, Adeje.
Los Campeches, Tigaiga Y Ruíz
This space represents a rugged landscape of great beauty and uniqueness. The Ruiz gorge and the cliffs that enclose the valley of La Orotava in the west, are representative of outstanding geomorphological units geological processes. That interest is enhanced by laurel forest communities and forest waste thermophiles, which subsist in different sectors of space. In Icod high Campeches and the space is home to some areas where the plots of crops and homes scattered up an agricultural landscape of cultural value. We will find Los Campeches in the municipalities of Los Realejos and San Juan de la Rambla.
La Hondura Cliff: At this space lives a endangered specie flower, "pineapple sea" (Atractylis preauxiana).
Tabaibal del Porís: This is a characteristic habitat in the Canary Islands, with numerous species protected by the Canarian Government.
Cliffs of Isorana: In the municipalities of Adeje and Guía de lsora covers an area of 24.1 hectares. These cliffs of volcanic origin are important refuge for protected birds.
Site of La Caleta: In the municipality of Adeje here are many protected birds.
Site of Scientific Interest the Interian: This stretch of cliff and its associated foothills, home to an interesting thermophilic residual community forest, with magnificent populations of seedlings, and many more, etc.. The flora include many protected species and endemic and threatened as few Chahorra (Sideritis kuegleriana) and stubborn (Cheirolophus webbianus). On the other hand, the whole side is a scenic cliff to the low island, with a great aesthetic value.
Site of the Barranco de Ruiz: The Ruiz ravine is located in the north of the island of Tenerife in the vicinity of San Juan de la Rambla. It is a very scenic gorge with a high biodiversity.
