Huelva is a province mixed by nature, it was a receiving culture by numerpus civilizations that once settled here, tartessos, Phoenicians, Romans, Visigoths, Muslims and Christians, which many left cultural relics in form of buildings and monuments.
It is located in the so-called "flat earth"(tierra llana), at the confluence of the rivers Tinto and Odiel. It´s Provincial capital since 1833.
Being situated in the Huelva coastline, the city's and province climate is Mediterranean, with an annual average of 19C degrees.
