Center-Cathedral: One of the most beautiful and busiest district of Palencia, there is a vast heritage of both civil and religious monuments. Covers the cathedral known as "The Unknown Beauty", the Main Street(Calle Mayor) which is the main shopping avenue in town, the Archaeological Museum of Palencia, and the church of San Miguel and some iconic bridges. It is the oldest district of Palencia, dating from the Visigoth period.
