Albiñana(Albinyana): Albiñana it´s in the gironan locality in the Bajo Panadés of Tarragona. We can visit the old heritage surrounding such as the Cal Pau Magí from the 17th century while hiking or biking along the Albiñana´s countryside.

Calafell: The tarragonan town of Calafell belongs to the Bajo Panadés locality. The town it´s formed by 3 districts: Calafell, Segur de Calafell and the Calafell Beach. The most important landmark of Calafell in Tarragona it´s the Calafell´s Castle, first documented in 1037, unfortunatley only remains the walls that surrounded the compund. The town of Calafell first appeared in the Middle Ages, from this period it´s also the Santa Creu del Castell Church, built in the 11th century. Calafell it´s a very fine Medieval town to visit in Tarragona, the countryside surrounding, and the Calafell´s Beach will make us have a pleasant stay.
Comarruga: Comarruga it´s a frequented town of Tarragona´s Costa Dorada. We´ll have the near by beach, pleasant hotels to stay, bars and restaurants
Deltebre: the locality of Deltebre in Tarragona includes three natural landmarks, Fangar, that includes de port and a beach, the Canal Viejo lagoon, and the Garchal area, formed by three tiny islands. Deltebre celebrates it´s main festivities in August.

Vendrell: This locality of Tarragona has an important historical heritage.

Vendrell it´s a locality where we can also enjoy countryside, spas, and excellent cuisine. The beaches of Vendrell are Coma Ruga, San Salvador, and El Francás. Vendrell celebrates it´s most important festivities en July, coinciding with Santa Ana´s festivities. Vendrell it´s also a lively town with many museums and events, and 8km of coastline, and many hiking and biking routes.
Espluga de Francolí: L'Espluga it´s in the south west of Tarragona,

by the Tallat mountains, bordering the nearby localities of Poblet and Pena. L´espluga it´s cossed by the Francolí river. The main attractions and landmarks of Espluga it´s the countryside surrounding, the historical heritage such as the Orden de San Juan´s Old Hospital, the Old Church of San Miguel, from the 13th century, the Rural Life Museum, and it´s famous also the carnival in february.
Hospitalet del Infant: This coastal locality of Tarragona belongs to Vandellós and Hospitalet del Infant, in the region of Baix Camp. The Santes Creus Monasteries, Poblet, and Vallbona de les Monges form the Ruta del Cister, or Cister´s Route, a remarkable hiking route from the locality.
Hospitalet del Infant belongs also to the Costa Dorada, where we can find crystal clear waters and fine white sands. Hospitalet it´s a Medieval town with a lot of history through out, from the former amphitheater, Cabecera del Circo, the Archeology Nacional Museum, and the Cathedral. We can also visit the nude beach of playa del Torn.
L'Ametlla de Mar: La Ametlla de Mar it´s known also as "La
L´Ametta de Mar - Tarragona
Cala". It has 14km of coastline. The most important landmarks of the locality are Sant Jordi d'Alfama Castle, from the 13th century, and the Crafts Museum. L´Ametlla de Mar several beaches of fine white sand, a great countryside for our favourite sports, and many hotels to choose from where we can stay and spend our holidays.
L´Ampolla: La Ampolla it´s in a catalan region of Bajo Ebro, in the Natural Park of El Fangar. The most important natural landmarks it´s the Olles Lagoon, and excellent beaches along the coastline. There is unlimited possibilities of hiking and biking trails along the countryside. There is many hotels by the beach and the interior.

La Pineda: La Pineda it´s a small locality of Vilaseca, in the Tarragona´s Costa Dourada. It´s just over 1km from Salou. The Maritime walk of La Pineda it´s one of the longest in the Costa Dourada and Cataluña. La Pineda it´s ideal for family leisure, we can visit the Aquopolis Theme Park. The beach of La Pineda it´s equally attractive, it has a blue flag, and many bars, restaurants and campings in the area.

La Selva del Camp(La Selva del Campo,Tarragona): This tarragonan town, we can visit the San Andreu church and the Paborde´s Castle. The countryside it´s equally interesting, with many bike and hiking routes.
Miami Platja: It´s a tourist resort in Tarragona, about 30km south of Tarragona Capital. It´s part of the municipality of Montroig del Camp, about 20km away. It´s mainly a resort with pleasant apartments and holiday chalets.
Montblanc: Montblanc it´s a municipality and comarcal capital of Conca de Barberá, in the province of Tarragona. It has an honorary title of Villa Ducal since 1387, and it´s Old Town was declared Historical and Artistical heritage in 1948. Montblanc it´s at the foot of the Pla de Santa Bárbara Mount., near the union of the Francolí and Anguera rivers. The old town of Montblanc it´s a must.

Montbrió del Camp: It´s in the plains of Tarragona, between Cambrils,
Vinyols i els Arcs, Botarell and Montroig. In 1406 helped build the Walls of Cambrills and was part of Comuna del Camp from 1563 until 1710. We can enjoy a 6km mediterranean coastline and exceptional countryside.
Prades: The countrytown of Prades is about 35km from the Costa Brava. From it´s wondefull arquitecture the main attraction in Prades is the mountains, bringing many visitors who come for climbing. There are several schools and equipment availeable for the sport enthusiasts.
Reus(Tarragona): Reus it´s an important town of Tarragona. Along the streets of Reus we´ll come across important buildings heritage of Tarragona, and many bars and restaurants. There´s always a great nightlife, and during the day it´s a lively town with museums and always different things to do.
Tortosa: The districts most relevant in Tortosa are Ferrerias, in the right side of the river, Remolinos and San Jaimey Rastre and Santa Clara, in the town centre. Within the countryside of Tortosa we can visit and hike through the Natural Park of Puertos de Tortosa-Beceite and the National Game Reserve of Tortosa

Vallfogona de Riucorb: Vallfogona it´s a tiny locality in the Cuenca del Berberá of Tarragona.
Valls: It´s in the area known as Camp de Tarragona, by the Francolí river, near Reus. Valls it´s a charmy tarragonan town with many choices for biking and hiking.
